Each cottage has its own character and all are beautifully fitted, furnished and cosily heated.

Facilities include fully-tiled indoor heated swimming pool. Size: 30' x 15', water depth of 2m to 1m (6' 6,' to 3' 6"), with poolside patio and furniture, and full ladies' and gent's toilets and changing facilities. Children who learn to swim while staying at the Grange may be awarded a swimming certificate.

Outside the swimming pool building there is a sun-catching patio with seats and a competition class exterior table tennis table, adjacent to which is a large stone built Australian-style barbecue for all to use. Backing on to the pool building there is an all-weather short tennis court, size: 60' x 30', fitted with a plastic all- weather play surface (training shoes allowed)

In view of most of the accommodation, a large grassy play area, excellent for football or cricket. A comprehensive play system, incorporating swings and a raised Wendy House with exit slide, plus a smaller swing. A second Wendy house, fully furnished is situated near the play system. The whole play area is overlooked by a large raised patio with appropriate furniture.
